Working with your Higher Self, guides and helpers we identify the source of any negative thought forms or spirit intrusions, work to understand them and any lessons associated with them in order to release, heal and transform them for your highest good. These sessions may include Soul Retrieval (retrieving soul fragments and integrating them back into the whole), cleansing and clearing any ill-will thought forms from others, releasing or amending any vows, agreements or contracts that are affecting you adversely that no longer serve you. These sessions can be one-off sessions but can require a series of sessions for the best outcome. Melanie Astarael is a certified Spirit Release Practitioner with the Sprit Release Foundation. As a teenager my Grandmother taught me space clearing and spirit release practices that were passed down through generations of our female ancestral line. Later in life I studied various types of training in Spirit Release in the UK that included Soul Rescue, Soul Retrieval, Ancestral Healing, Space Clearing, Curse unravelling and Contracts, Spirit Release with Crystals and more.
